Question 1 of 2
If you have a low grade fever when you are supposed to compete in a sporting event, what would you do?
Good luck. Your body will need it. And so will your friends playing around you - since they may catch whatever it is your body is fighting.
Wise. Then maybe tell your parents and take good care of yourself.
How much do you value your health? Playing with a low grade fever can be dangerous... We recommend keeping the control of your health in your hands and making it a top priority.
Letting you coach know is very important, but so is your ability to stand up for what's right for you. Don't be afraid to take control of your health.

A wise friend indeed.
A firm approach. Sometimes you have to tell it like it is.
Telling an adult is our default button - when you don't know what to do in a situation, telling a trusted adult is always wise.
